Every person with a VPR Cloud account is a 'user'. A user belongs to one (and only one) 'organization'. The organization contains billing information, and is billed according to the quantity of users that belong to that organization. All users can access VPR Cloud, but only 'manager' users can manage an organization. When you sign up to VPR Cloud an organization is automatically created for your user.
An organization contains one or more users. Each user can be granted 'manager' permissions. A user with 'manager' permissions is a 'manager'. A user without manager permissions is a regular user. All users can access VPR Cloud, but only manager users can manage an organization, performing actions such as adding and removing users, changing the organization's contact information, updating an organization's billing information, and managing the subscription to VPR Cloud.
If you are a 'manager' user for an organization, you can grant another user manager permissions, or revoke them from a user, from the organization management page. To access this page, sign in to VPR Cloud (as a user with manager permissions), click the user icon at the top right hand corner of the page and select "Organization". On this page you can see a list of the users belonging to an organization, with checkboxes in a 'Manager?' column. Use these checkboxes to grant and revoke manager permissions from users in your organization. Note: at least one user must have manager permissions. An error message will inform you if you try to revoke manager permissions from the only manager in an organization.
Simply grant the other user 'manager' permissions, and then revoke manager permissions from your account (see "How can I grant a user 'manager' permissions, or revoke them from a user?", above). Note: when you revoke your own manager permissions you will be redirected away from the organization management page, as you no longer have permission to access this page.
If you are a 'manager' user for an organization, you can add other users to the organization, using the organization management page. To access this page, sign in to VPR Cloud (as a user with manager permissions), click the user icon at the top right hand corner of the page and select "Organization". On this page you can see an area to enter the first name, last name and email address of a user, and then click the 'Add User' button. When you click this button, a user with the information entered will be immediately added to your organization. That user will receive an email (to the email address you entered) with instructions on how to access their VPR Cloud account.
If you are a 'manager' user for an organization, you can remove users from the organization, using the organization management page. To access this page, sign in to VPR Cloud (as a user with manager permissions), click the user icon at the top right hand corner of the page and select "Organization". On this page you can see a list of users. Hover the mouse over a user and an 'X' icon (remove icon) will appear on the far right side. Click that icon to remove the user. Note: an organization must have at least one user, and that user must be a 'manager'. An error message will inform you if you try to remove the only manager from an organization.
Organizations are billed monthly based on the number of users within that organization.

If your organization has subscribed to VPR Cloud, the day their free trial ends the organization will be sent their first invoice for the upcoming month. Then, at monthly intervals, the organization will be invoiced for the next monthly "period".

Each invoice contains the fee for the VPR Cloud tier your organization is on (based on the quantity of users), for the upcoming month. If your organization adds and/or removes users, so as to change the VPR Cloud 'tier' they are on at any point in the monthly period, this will result in refunds and/or additional charges, as follows:

If, at any point, your organizaiton changes plan tier, a refund will be issued for the previous plan's fee, pro-rated for the unused portion of the period. At the same time, a charge will be made for the new plan, pro-rated for the remaining portion of the period.

Each time you change plan tier within the monthly period, this pro-rated fee adjustment happens. Thus, it is possible that you will see multiple refunds and charges within a single period, one 'refund-charge' pair for each time the organization changes plan tier.

These refunds/charges will be seen as additional items on the next invoice. Thus, an invoice may contain refunds/charges from the previous monthly period, in addition to the fee for the next monthly period.

When the total amount refunded is greater than the total charge, the invoice has a positive balance. Nothing will be charged to your credit card for that month, and the positive balance will be seen as a credit on your account, which will automatically be applied towards your next invoice.

If you are a 'manager' user for an organization, you can manage your subscription and billing, and view all invoices, from the organization management page. To access this page, sign in to VPR Cloud (as a user with manager permissions), click the user icon at the top right hand corner of the page and select "Organization".
You are able to quickly search for any drug using the search bar at the top of the screen. Simply start to type, and the application will suggest drugs that match your search query. Click on a drug to see detailed information, including indication data for that drug.
When viewing a drug, we will show you all the indications and treatments for that drug on the left side of the page. When you click on a treatment, a popup window will show you more details, including pre-treatment & administration notes. It will also give you quick access to the dosage calculator.
When viewing the treatment popup window, you can easily hit the calculator icon to bring up the Dosage Calculator. Dosage values will be pre-populated (based on the treatment you're viewing) so all you need to do is enter the patient's weight, and a dosage will be calculated for you.
Click "Owners" at the top of the page to view a list of all of the owners linked to your username. To add a new owner, click the green "Add Owner" button.
Click "Patients" at the top of the page to view a list of all of the patients linked to your username. To add a new patient, click the green "Add Patient" button.
Two ways:
  • From the drug page, open one of the indications and click the blue "Prescribe to Patient" button. Select a patient from the drop down list and edit the dosage information accordingly.
  • From the patient page, you can click on the row of a patient and then click the green "Add Prescription" button.
Click "Patients" at the top of the page, select the patient you would like to change a prescription for, and then click "Edit" next to the row of the drug.
Select "Patients" at the top of the page, select the patient from the table, and click the yellow "Print Prescription" button next to the drug.
